Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD) module; preferably with 5+ years hands on experience with configuration of FS-CD, understanding of integration with FS-CD mass activities and events, knowledge of APIs based on FS-CD interface

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of finance technology solutions, with a focus on SAP ECC 6.0 (FI/GL/AR/AP/AM/CO) modules

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions

Develop and maintain solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with ICBC’s strategic priorities and technology architecture

Champion integration of new technologies (Cloud, APIs, microservices) to enhance business capabilities

Build strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and external vendors

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Influence architectural decisions and advocate for innovative approaches to IT simplification and modernization

Support release planning and ensure compliance with ICBC’s governance and risk management frameworks

Prepare Initiative Overviews and Business Cases to support new investments and technology initiatives

Provide technical guidance to functional teams, balancing business needs, customer experience, and IT strategy

Drive continuous improvement, challenge the status quo, and foster a culture of innovation

Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and high performance
