Responsibilities
Perform high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process
Keep your truck and equipment clean, stocked, and well-organized
Be on-call as needed and accessible by phone for emergencies
Assist in facility-related tasks and work closely with team members
Step into leadership roles when needed, helping guide your fellow team members
Qualification
Required
A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a world-class team
A passion for customer service and helping people in need
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
A strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
Fluent in English
Valid driver's license with a clean record
