Responsibilities
Engage in daily outreach to new and existing leads
Follow up consistently with buyers, sellers, and referral sources
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Respond promptly to calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
Provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the buying or selling process
Conduct buyer and seller consultations
Research available properties and set up MLS searches
Preview homes and schedule showings
Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) for clients
Conduct property tours for buyers
Host open houses and community events
Present listing consultations and marketing plans
Prepare and submit offers, amendments, addenda, and listing agreements
Review and understand all TREC forms and legal requirements
Coordinate electronic signatures and ensure file accuracy
Track and manage contract deadlines and milestones
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, and repair negotiations
Communicate with lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents
Promote listings through social media and digital channels
Create and share engaging real estate content
Maintain a strong online presence reflective of RE/MAX Dominion’s brand
Qualification
Required
Passionate about real estate
Ability to engage in daily outreach to new and existing leads
