Client Service Representative

Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (CUVS) is a specialty and emergency veterinary center located in Stamford, CT. They are looking for a full-time enthusiastic Client Services Representative to provide the highest level of quality service to clients and support the medical team, ensuring a positive experience for every pet and pet parent.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client care in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage patient check ins and checkouts
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate clearly with clients and veterinary staff
Identify client issues and concerns, working within established policies, procedures and protocols to resolve them effectively or escalating to leadership when appropriate, serving as a steward for both client satisfaction and hospital standards
Take responsibility for the client experience, creating an empathetic, warm, friendly environment for every patient’s family
Support a compassionate, collaborative hospital culture

Required

Minimum of 4 years of work experience required
Minimum high school graduation with some college coursework required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Veterinary experience strongly preferred
Customer service experience also valued
