Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of Muller Martini stitcher/trimmer equipment
Read and follow job tickets to ensure proper materials and production specifications
Monitor production quality and make basic adjustments as needed
Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep equipment and work areas clean
Work cooperatively with bindery team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn bindery equipment operation
Previous experience operating bindery equipment in a production environment
Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and ensure quality output
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Preferred
Experience with Muller Martini stitchers/trimmers
Prior work in a print, bindery, or manufacturing environment
