Responsibilities
Make 80–100+ outbound dials/day (minimum expectation) to US-based prospects
Work from clear ICP guidance and move fast—no “analysis paralysis.”
Use lists we provide (and/or build lists quickly using common outbound tools) and keep the pipeline moving
Run tight first-touch conversations:
Confirm role + basic fit
Identify the problem / trigger
Position the right “entry” offer (often GEO/AISEO, but identify up-sells and cross selling opportunities when appropriate)
Book the meeting with the appropriate expert (and move on)
Log activity and outcomes in our CRM with clean notes (why qualified, what they care about, next steps)
Coordinate handoffs with our internal team so meetings are prepared and productive
Qualification
Required
2+ years in outbound SDR / appointment-setting (services, agency, or B2B preferred)
Phone-first confidence: clear, professional, US-grade spoken English (near-native)
Proven ability to hit volume targets (dials/day) and keep activity consistent
Comfortable qualifying and booking, then handing off (not expected to be the closer)
Familiarity with modern outbound tools and workflows (examples: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Close/HubSpot, enrichment tools, dialers)
Strong follow-up discipline and note-taking
Preferred
Experience selling into marketing leaders (VP Marketing, Demand Gen, Growth, Head of Marketing, etc.)
Experience with SEO/GEO, AI search visibility, content performance, or agency services
Experience navigating gatekeepers and switch boards
