Responsibilities
Working closely with the client startup's CEO and existing Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic guidance and oversight
Contributing specific, valuable experience and expertise (e.g., in scaling, M&A, specific market knowledge, technology, etc.) to address the startup's current challenges and growth requirements
Leveraging your network and insights to support the startup's fundraising efforts, primarily focused on Pre-Seed to Series A capital raises
Ensuring robust corporate governance, risk management, and strategic alignment in the client company
Potential to invest in their current funding round if you would like to
Qualification
Required
Significant experience as a Board Director, Investor, C-Level Executive, or Founder
A strong affinity for and understanding of the sustainable/impact investing landscape
An active, high-quality professional network that can benefit early-stage fundraising efforts
Availability for flexible, part-time remote work
Investment experience in early-stage startups
