The role supports operational performance, system reliability, and compliance across various functions.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage process control hardware, software, and documentation within control and server room environments
Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and PCS systems, including Rockwell ControlLogix and related platforms
Support electrical and control system troubleshooting and plant operations
Implement system improvements to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifecycle
Integrate new equipment and systems from design through commissioning
Maintain drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Support reporting, compliance, and operational data requirements
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
Promote and comply with all health, safety, and environmental standard
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in automation, controls, or industrial engineering environments
PLC programming and process control systems
Industrial networks and communication protocols
HMI systems and virtualization platforms
Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Ability to use required personal protective equipment, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by applicable law
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
