Conduct scheduled and surprise physical inspections of showrooms to verify compliance with approved SOPs, display standards, and operational controls
Perform physical verification of inventory and reconcile stock with system records to identify shortages, excesses, damages, or slow-moving items
Review cash handling and receipt issuance to identify control lapses and fraud risks
Prepare concise inspection reports with documented evidence, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations within defined timelines
Follow up on agreed corrective actions, conduct re-visits for high-risk observations, and escalate unresolved issues to management
Qualification
