2+ years expAmrize is seeking a Loader Operator – Portable Plant to assist in the movement of bulk materials at portable plant locations. This role involves operating loader machinery, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities
Start engines, shift gears, operate pedals, and maneuver steering to safely operate front-end loaders
Use levers to lift, tilt, and dump bulk material efficiently
Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning of equipment
Complete assignments as directed by supervisors, adhering to standard operating procedures
Maintain effective communication with supervisors and customers
Promote and follow health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments
Support a culture of safety by modeling and reinforcing safe work behaviors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar loader/operator role or directly related duties
Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required
Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit testing
