Develop scalable, data-driven purification strategies for recombinant proteins and novel modalities
Drive internal capability-building through structured training, workshops, and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Experience in large-scale column packing (30cm, 45cm, 60cm)
Large-scale skid running experience for downstream purification
Hands on experience with Delta V
