Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the client's needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches

Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring clients are making positive strides toward recovery

Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and thorough records of client assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment progress

Respond effectively to mental health crises and ensure client safety

Coordinate and manage client care, including referrals to other services and resources

Conduct intake screening, evaluation, and triage
