Start in 2026 SummerTalent Bridge is seeking a Mining Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to gain hands-on experience in aggregate operations. This internship provides exposure to mine production, equipment operations, and cross-functional collaboration, while allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects that impact the business.

Responsibilities
Gain practical knowledge of operational procedures, production activities, and maintenance processes at aggregate sites
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement strategies
Participate in daily mine operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling
Work alongside operators to monitor and maintain heavy mining equipment
Collaborate with geology, engineering, and safety teams to understand full operational processes
Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards
Apply engineering knowledge to achieve team and company objectives
Present your findings and contributions to executive leadership at the end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field
Strong academic performance and solid understanding of engineering principles
Geographic flexibility to work at various sites
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proactive, high-energy, and eager to learn
Team player able to collaborate across all organizational levels
Willing to spend significant time in the field gaining hands-on experience
