New Grad, Entry LevelThe South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce is seeking a Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Analyst to assist job seekers in reentering the workforce. The role involves conducting eligibility assessments, providing reemployment services, and ensuring the integrity of the Unemployment Insurance Benefits Program.
Government Relations
Responsibilities
Conduct in-person UI eligibility assessments on a rotating schedule as defined by the RESEA program
Review work search activities, provide orientation to one-stop center services, make job referrals, create IEPs, and assist in resume creation
Conduct system-generated and RESEA-related UI eligibility reviews, identify and adjudicate issues on claims
Refer qualified RESEA applicants to jobs through SC Works, ensuring accuracy and suitability of referrals
Utilize SCUBI, SCWOS, SUITS, Salesforce, Manage Engine, and other workforce programs to serve RESEA participants
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma and relevant program experience
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to Unemployment Insurance and the administration of the RESEA Program
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, and in written and oral forms
