Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored for the US market to meet revenue and market expansion goals
Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and our service delivery teams, to align growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Work closely with our Marketing Team to build and execute innovative and results-oriented lead generation and nurture campaigns
Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay ahead in the industry
Cultivate referral partnerships with complimentary service providers in the US market
Adopt a consultative approach through all stages of client engagement, and work with our internal teams to build and pitch successful proposals
Implement and maintain a systematic approach, taking ownership of our sales pipelines to drive efficiency and results

Required

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development or growth-related roles ideally in a marketing agency environment
Consider yourself to be an AI Native, and see the opportunity to bring innovation and efficiency to the sales process utilizing AI tools
Data oriented and systematic in your approach to sales management
Proficient with Hubspot CRM, but a strong competency and appreciation of the power of CRM systems is essential to this role
Ambitious and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business growth strategies
Ability to move at speed, and place a value on experimentation and testing new approaches which can be measured, iterated and refined
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
