Responsibilities
Ability to perform critical dimensional measurements, document findings, and meet NDE specifications using standard and special gauging
Validate NDE paperwork in Operation Information Landscape (OIL), upload reports to SAP, and build Quality Notifications as needed
Willingness to train QA Technicians, review procedures for compliance, and collaborate with engineers on new NDE technologies
Position supports 2nd shift (4x10 Night) with flexibility for overtime and weekend work; must adapt to various turbine service tasks as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent years of work experience with the required certifications
Must have completed or willingness to complete Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status or higher required by Siemens Energy
Must be a level II certified in ET, RT, VT, PT and MT. Level II UT with experienced and certification in PAUT is also desirable
2 or more years of NDE experience in the Power Generation Industry
Occasional travel required
Experience with gauging, drawings, specification, standard operating procedures
Successful applicants must be able to pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests through Siemens Energy's onsite medical team
