Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate newly hired inside sales associates to maximize the potential of each salesperson and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and HDS

Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture that promotes continuous learning and development

Implement KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales development team's efforts

Regularly analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance associate’s product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling techniques

Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans for team members

Provide regular reports and updates on the sales development team's performance to senior management

Communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations to the leadership team

Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding customer pain points and needs and incorporating feedback into sales development strategies

Required

3-5 years of experience in inside sales and operations

Experience in hiring, managing, and training inside sales teams

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Experience with CRM or related software
