In this position, you'll be responsible for testing materials, documenting results, and ensuring construction projects meet quality standards while working outdoors at various sites throughout Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
You'll be the quality eyes on our construction projects-testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards
You'll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Basic math skills (we'll teach you what you need!)
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
A strong work ethic
