The Precision Medicine Intern will support cross-functional program and operational initiatives, helping to define and coordinate business needs across multiple client-facing departments.

Responsibilities

Supporting the creation and documentation of operational workflows within business and IT systems such as Workfront, Power BI, and related tools

Assisting with requirements gathering by engaging stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and advisors to understand program needs and dependencies

Facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and providing regular status updates to support initiative execution

Helping drive internal processes forward by improving visibility, alignment, and communication across teams

Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, without responsibility for software development or coding

Required

Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program (e.g., Informatics, Health Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field)

Experience contributing to or managing multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to provide clear and consistent progress updates

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and internal/external colleagues

Interest in operational processes, systems, and program coordination within a scientific or healthcare environment

Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and document outcomes

Ability to collaborate, align stakeholders, and embrace diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork

Preferred

Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
