Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development

Proficiency in Project Management and leadership skills
Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across departments
Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology with business objectives
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in a technology leadership role
Knowledge of trends in AI, automation, or OT is mandatory
