Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of Private Client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes

Assist in preparing Private Client proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date Private Client records in Applied Epic, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant

Liaise with carriers (AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE, Travelers, Safeco and E&S markets) to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve service issues for Clients

Track and follow up on outstanding items, such as underwriting requirements, payments, and policy documents for Private Client accounts

Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claims status, escalating complex issues to Account Executives as needed

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials and communications

Monitor renewal timelines and assist with renewal processing to ensure no lapses in coverage

Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives

Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences
