Responsibilities
Write and edit content for newsletters, articles, emails, web updates, and social media
Turn technical insurance topics into clear, approachable stories
Support communications around platform updates, launches, events, and regulatory changes
Help maintain content calendars and FSLSO/SLIP+ social channels, especially LinkedIn
Collaborate with teammates and subject matter experts to keep messaging accurate and on-brand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
2 to 5 years of writing or communications experience
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and detail
Comfort with Microsoft Word and social platforms, especially LinkedIn
Willingness to learn a regulated industry
Preferred
Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe, or basic analytics
