Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive support to ELT members reporting to the CEO
Manages executive communications, board prep, and strategic scheduling with a high level of ownership
Supports ELT members with strategic and operational tasks using independent judgement
Guides junior administrative professionals and coordinates across admin teams
Delivers seamless support in high-stakes environments
Trusted with confidential and time-sensitive matters
Leads executive-level logistics and coordination
Manages CEO office deliverables for supported ELT member
Acts as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders
Must be agile and proactive in a fast-paced setting, making decisions using independent judgement
