Marketing & Business Development Specialist
Clarity Recruiting is a global professional services organization in the legal and finance space, seeking a Temporary Marketing & Business Development Specialist for a 9+ month assignment. The role involves supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives while collaborating with investment managers and contributing to global efforts.

Responsibilities
Support execution of marketing and BD plans for U.S. and Canadian teams
Research and synthesize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights
Track and analyze developments impacting prospective and existing clients
Draft prep materials for client meetings, including bios, case information, and contact mapping
Compile reports, track activities in CRM systems, and monitor ROI on marketing efforts
Support proposal development, pitches, and business development presentations
Develop, edit, and update marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, factsheets)
Assist with directory submissions, case studies, messaging, and media lists
Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and follow-up reporting
Support communication efforts including blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
Maintain internal marketing calendars and tracking tools
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years of marketing or business development experience
Bachelor's degree required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
Professionalism, maturity, and strong judgment
Preferred
