Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Lidl US is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our HQ team and support our regional operations. This role is responsible for identifying and hiring qualified candidates, advising hiring managers through the recruitment process, and mentoring Specialists on recruitment practices.

Responsibilities
Manages projects, work processes, systems, and/or procedures to ensure efficient workflow
Update guidelines, standard operating procedures, and instructional materials
Identify, develop, and propose opportunities for business and process improvement
Support in national and international projects, producing business requirements, performing business system tests and technical improvements
Source qualified candidates on various sourcing channels
Meet with hiring managers on a consistent basis to ensure alignment of expectations, search criteria, and search progress
Efficiently process applicants through SuccessFactors by conducting phone screens, assessments and other qualifying activities
Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and staffing agencies to ensure all parties of the recruitment process are properly and efficiently updated
Execute offer letters including negotiation, employment terms, relocation and pre-employment checks
Ensure all applicant records within SuccessFactors are managed in a timely manner
Provide operational support in the expansion of targeted university marketing, and organize and participate in recruitment events
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of new staff recruitment tools and other recruitment projects by researching, providing data and preparing supporting materials
Advise all hiring managers on employment best practices and laws
Liaise with the regions and Employer Brand team to support the implementation of recruitment marketing tools such as brochures, and job advertisements
Partner with hiring managers to specify consistent, mandatory and preferred criteria to be used in writing job descriptions
Organize and manage recruitment events and assessment centers
Manage projects with the support of TA leadership to better streamline recruitment processes
Facilitate HQ and Regional trainings for TA related topics
Develop and run reports and metrics to better monitor team KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with excellent follow-through skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
A keen attention to detail
Working knowledge of an Application Tracking System
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience in a related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Preferred
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
