Responsibilities

Analyze, annotate, and correct English language data to improve AI fluency and comprehension
Conduct detailed linguistic evaluations focusing on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and nuance
Work closely with AI developers and fellow linguists to refine language rules and resolve edge cases
Create clear documentation and annotation guidelines to support consistent data processing
Review AI-generated outputs, identify errors, and propose actionable improvements
Stay updated on AI and NLP advancements to support continuous process enhancement
Promote excellent communication standards within the remote working environment

Qualification

Linguistic analysis experienceAI language models familiarityEnglish grammar expertiseAttention to detailCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTime-management skills

Required

Expert-level understanding of English grammar, syntax, and linguistic conventions
Experience with linguistic analysis, annotation, or language quality assessment
High attention to detail, especially regarding subtle language nuances
Familiarity with AI language models, NLP, or related technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative remote setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

Advanced degree in Linguistics, English, Computational Linguistics, or related fields
Experience training AI or building linguistic datasets for machine learning
Prior involvement in large-scale annotation or language technology projects
