Talent Bridge is hiring for a well-established organization in the aggregates and construction materials sector, seeking an Electrician to support operations at a sand and gravel facility. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment and control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and code specifications

Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance

Install, replace, and repair industrial electrical systems and components

Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems for continuity, voltage, and current

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and equipment inventory

Support safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture

Perform other related duties as required

Qualification

Industrial electrician experienceHigh-voltage electrical experienceIndustrial safety practicesRead technical documentation

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in mining, aggregates, or construction environments

High-voltage electrical experience required

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

Valid driver's license (job-related)

Strong understanding of industrial safety practices

Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the role

Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
