Sales Manager I- AGG
Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced Sales Manager I – Aggregates to oversee sales performance, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This role involves managing multiple product lines and collaborating closely with customers to ensure long-term business success.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, sales presentations, and active sales opportunities
Retain existing customers while identifying and developing new revenue opportunities
Develop and execute account strategies for key customers
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
Coordinate with operations, credit, and billing teams to support customer needs
Track sales performance, forecasts, and budget adherence
Represent the organization in relevant industry associations and events
Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of sales experience in construction materials, aggregates, asphalt, or related
Preferred
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience managing multi-product sales territories
