Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, one‑call resolution to client inquiries
Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, or changes
Save cancellations when possible and assist with autopay setup
Update and maintain accurate documentation and inbound lead entries
Conduct follow‑ups on outstanding items to ensure full resolution
Build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to team goals
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + email)
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
A positive, professional attitude and genuine desire to help others
Willingness to learn, grow, and advance
