VP of Sales, Channels & Partnerships
mms is a leader in cloud messaging infrastructure, enabling businesses of all sizes to deliver SMS, MMS, RCS, and rich conversational messaging experiences to their customers. The VP of Sales, Channels & Partnerships is responsible for owning overall revenue growth across direct B2B sales, channel partners, and strategic technology alliances, building and scaling a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated sales strategy (direct, channel, and strategic partnerships) to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets
Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, including direct sellers, channel managers, and partner account managers
Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners and resellers, including contact center providers and value‑added resellers
Own relationships with strategic technology partners such as leading cloud contact center providers (e.g., NICE, Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, 8x8) and cloud communications platforms (e.g., Twilio, Bandwidth, Infobip, Sinch, Vonage)
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to refine value propositions, sales collateral, and partner programs for target verticals and use cases
Establish and track KPIs across direct and indirect channels; analyze pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to executive leadership
Represent mms at industry events, webinars, and partner forums to elevate brand visibility and generate new opportunities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS sales environment including in-depth work with cloud-based contact center platforms (e.g. NICE, Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, 8x8, etc.)
Proven history building, scaling, and leading sales and channel programs that drive significant recurring revenue
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and executive‑level communication skills
Familiarity with messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, RCS), APIs, and relevant compliance frameworks (TCPA, CTIA, GDPR)
Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Excellent presentation abilities and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders at partners and customers
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and attend industry events
