Responsibilities

Architect High-Performance Infrastructure: Design and maintain cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) using IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) to support high-throughput trading workloads
Optimize Kubernetes: Lead cluster tuning, including CNI and custom scheduler configurations to ensure consistent performance for latency-sensitive financial applications
Own Reliability & Security: Implement advanced observability (Prometheus/Grafana) and robust secrets management (HashiCorp Vault) to protect and monitor systems 24/7
Drive CI/CD Excellence: Build and scale automated pipelines for backend and smart contract codebases, enabling rapid deployments without sacrificing stability

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, specifically managing mission-critical, high-availability systems
Deep experience with blockchain infrastructure, node operations, or low-latency trading systems
Proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting (Go, Python, or Rust)

Preferred

Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) using IaC (Terraform/Pulumi)
Experience in leading cluster tuning, including CNI and custom scheduler configurations
