Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using Python and modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain
Architect multi-agent systems that automate complex, high-value workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop oversight
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, internal tools, and databases using advanced function-calling techniques
Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication patterns
Evaluate and select LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) based on performance, cost, and suitability for production use
Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and apply prompt engineering techniques for robust document understanding
Implement state machines, memory systems, and adaptive reasoning components to support autonomous agent behaviour
Ensure reliability and observability through strong monitoring, evaluation, and debugging practices
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain specialists to translate business requirements into scalable AI systems
Mentor other engineers and contribute to internal AI tooling, standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD)
5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, including 2+ years working with AI/ML or agentic AI systems
Expert-level Python skills, including async programming, testing, and modern development standards
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures
Strong experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools for LLM systems (e.g. Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize)
Solid grounding in system design, cloud-native development, and production-grade testing practices
Preferred
Exposure to MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-modal LLM applications
Background in FinTech, enterprise finance platforms, or real-time AI systems
Experience with model fine-tuning approaches (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
Understanding of responsible AI principles and governance
Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud orchestration
