Responsibilities
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including record maintenance and compliance with policies and regulations
Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization
Administer benefits programs, providing guidance to employees and maintaining accurate records
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations effectively
Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time, adhering to applicable laws and regulations
Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all functional areas
Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development and awareness
Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience a Senior HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration practices
Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefit management
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing, including multi-state payroll
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
