Start in 2026 SummerTalent Bridge is seeking an Environmental Engineer Intern for Summer 2026 to gain hands-on experience in environmental operations at their cement plant. The role involves evaluating and improving environmental practices, engaging with employees, and supporting the development of environmental programs.

Responsibilities
Enhance environmental programs by contributing innovative ideas and solutions
Conduct daily interactions with plant employees and contractors to guide environmental practices
Perform inspections, monitoring, and testing of equipment, processes, and emissions to ensure compliance
Collect and analyze environmental data, including air and water quality, waste management, and energy usage
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies
Apply engineering knowledge to support day-to-day operations and company goals
Present your findings and contributions to executive leadership at the end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
Strong academic performance and understanding of engineering principles
Geographic flexibility to work at various sites
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proactive, high-energy, and eager to learn
Team player able to collaborate across all organizational levels
Willingness to spend significant time in the field gaining hands-on experience
