Provide counsel on various Liability claims, advising clients on compliance with state-specific regulations and complex legal requirements; across Premises, Product, General and Auto related cases
Support senior attorneys in handling intricate litigation and accident insurance matters, managing key aspects of a dynamic caseload
Advocate for clients in construction and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations
Conduct comprehensive investigations into site accidents, delivering detailed analyses and exceptional service to insurance and corporate clients
Qualification
Required
Associate level candidates
Experience in Insurance Defense
Ability to provide counsel on various Liability claims
Knowledge of compliance with state-specific regulations and complex legal requirements
Experience across Premises, Product, General and Auto related cases
Support senior attorneys in handling intricate litigation and accident insurance matters
Ability to manage key aspects of a dynamic caseload
