2+ years expTalent Bridge is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical maintenance activities at the plant. This role ensures maximum equipment reliability and utilization while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance of process and quality instrumentation to ensure compliance and control
Monitor and report electrical department operations, including budgets, equipment reliability, and inter-department coordination
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems
Conduct daily monitoring and inspections of plant electrical equipment
Plan, schedule, and assign electrical and control system work in coordination with other departments
Maintain and update electrical documentation, including equipment files, compliance records, and repair histories
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in control systems
Manage improvement documentation and support plant capital projects (CAPEX)
Promote and maintain a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (Engineering preferred)
Minimum 2 years of electrical supervision and project experience, including PLC programming and HMI systems
SAP and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Self-motivated team player capable of leading in an industrial environment
