Qualification
Required
2-10 years of practical experience in a professional consulting environment
Understanding / Familiarity of New York's SEQR process
Significant experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office software
Proficiency in technical writing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and colleagues
Preferred
B.S. in Civil Engineering
