The role involves coordinating marketing communications, managing supplier relationships, and supporting various marketing initiatives such as email campaigns and trade shows.

Responsibilities

Interface with marketing suppliers including promotional item providers and print material vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials

Coordinate the production and distribution of a wide range of marketing communications and materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content

Provide support in areas such as internal communications, direct mail campaigns, email marketing, social media, AI tool usage, trade shows, customer communications, advertisements, and the execution of overall marketing plans

Help develop and improve presentations for both internal teams and external audiences, making sure they clearly reflect the company’s brand and message

Support in lead generation campaigns

Write and edit a variety of content, including submissions for grants and awards, social media posts and marketing collateral, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s tone and goals

Serve as the company’s point person for branding materials such as letterhead, logos, nameplates, business cards, and other general marketing materials, maintaining consistency in brand messaging

Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including processing purchase orders, coordinating documentation, and assisting with marketing initiatives
