Responsibilities

Leading a team that is focused on tax compliance and tax provision outsourcing for middle-market, private equity backed and public companies

Providing coaching, mentoring, and training in the development of a client services team

Contributing to expanding the practice by using a strong professional network of business contacts and referral sources

Engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders

Qualification

Required

Must have an active CPA license

Experience in business taxation with a large local, regional, or national public accounting firm with a focus on providing federal (ASC 740), multi-state, international tax-related compliance and consulting services to large middle market clients and U.S. based subsidiaries of foreign multinationals

Demonstrated experience in driving growth

Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their 'trusted advisor.'

Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team

Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
