Responsibilities
Own month-end close processes for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Prepare and review monthly analytics and KPIs to identify trends, errors or other matters that require communication to, and potential action from, cross-functional teams in the business
Partner with FP&A, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate accruals and expense allocations
Support external audits by preparing PBCs and responding to auditor requests
Help streamline accounting workflows and improve automation in systems such as NetSuite, Concur, Navan and others
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls and accounting procedures
Assist in ad hoc projects, special analyses, and systems integrations as the business evolves
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environment
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) and comfort working with large data sets
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving organization
All employees must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Intacct or Oracle ERP strongly preferred
CPA or progress toward CPA certification a plus
