Outreach includes through the review and development of training resources, informational and technical documents, and review and identification of other appropriate tools and resources for sharing current and emerging technologies and information
Classroom instruction, hands on training, and presentation may include topics in road safety, heavy equipment, environmental, road construction, winter operations, maintenance, and management, workforce development and safety, public works operation and administration, and technical skills
The Technical Specialist will also backup the FT Instructor/Technical Specialist in providing training that aligns with his or her area of expertise

Required
Acceptable minimum level of education: HS or equivalent
Acceptable minimum years of experience: 10+ years
