Responsibilities
You'll own a book of clients—physicians who chose self-employment over hospital politics and need a tax pro who gets it
You'll lead quarterly strategy calls, review and sign off on returns prepared by your team, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
You'll manage a tax senior, an intern, and coordinate with dedicated payroll and bookkeeping staff who support your clients
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with 1099 contractors, S-corps, and high-net-worth individuals
Someone who actually enjoys being client-facing
A leader who can develop junior staff, not just assign work
CPA or EA Required
