Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 3 support for Windows servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), and infrastructure services
Support network operations (switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling, IPs) with escalation to HQ as needed
Administer Nextiva / 9Five call center systems (routing, queues, IVR, agents, analytics, troubleshooting)
Image, deploy, and manage endpoints using KACE; maintain asset inventory
Support Sales, office, warehouse, R&D, manufacturing, and remote users
Manage IT purchasing, vendors, renewals, SLAs, and cost documentation
Support identity and security tools (Okta, SSO, MFA, endpoint protection)
Participate in CSV, compliance, audits, and documentation (GxP/FDA/ITIL)
Drive continuous improvement, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning
Qualification
Required
6 -10 years of experience
Provide Tier 2 3 support for Windows servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), and infrastructure services
