Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable invoices and payment procedures
Establish and input project budgets
Oversee the Owner Billing Process
Manage intercompany invoices, payments, and reconciliation
Aid in Monthly Cost Reporting and the monthly financial closing process
Uphold compliance with Accounting policies across all projects
Correspond with vendors and clients
Manage document organization
Reconcile contracts
Conduct analysis on costs and revenue
Qualification
Required

Experience working as a Project Accountant in the construction industry
Organised individuals
Proficiency in MS packages including excel, and CMiC
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Strong written and oral communications skills and strong initiative
