Responsibilities
Design System Development: Collaborate with creative leads to implement comprehensive design toolkits, style guides, and brand bibles that define the visual language for all platforms
Asset Creation: Produce a wide range of static and motion graphics which could include: + Broadcast: On-air graphics, lower thirds, full-screens, charts, and promotional spots. + Digital: Graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile apps. + Streaming: Key art, thumbnails, show packages, and promotional content. + Print: Advertisements, set scenic elements, road show collateral, and merchandise
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with creative managers and designers to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed style sheets and guidelines, and provide training to other departments on how to use design assets effectively
Asset Management: Organize a clean and accessible library of design assets for internal teams
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure our visual content and design systems remain fresh and industry-leading
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a proven ability to create compelling visuals across a variety of media, with an emphasis on brand consistency and system-based design
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for both screen and print
Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and provide effective guidance to non-designers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with broadcast standards, digital compression techniques, and print production processes
Preferred
Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus
