5+ years expAmrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to drive equipment reliability and performance across their plant operations. The role involves creating and monitoring Condition Based Maintenance programs to optimize equipment availability and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Monitor reliability-based systems, including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
Develop and manage preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bill of materials (BOMs) for plant equipment
Oversee preventative/predictive maintenance programs, including inspections, vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography, and more
Coordinate preventative maintenance work orders with area operations and central maintenance teams
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to reliability and plant teams
Coach and develop direct reports to achieve performance and business goals
Analyze and eliminate repetitive equipment issues using root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, statistical review, FMEA, and other methods
Facilitate continuous improvement processes to enhance equipment availability and reliability
Support improvements in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of major equipment
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 years in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred
Technical Skills: SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Travel Requirements: 0–10%
Preferred
FFT analysis of vibration spectra for heavy industrial equipment
Practical experience with FMEA and NDT inspection techniques
Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors, starters, and VFDs
