Responsibilities

Create control system design drawing packages based on specifications provided by engineers

Review and interpret rough sketches, markups, and technical specifications to understand design requirements

Use CAD software to generate accurate and detailed drawings of control enclosures, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and related design details

Incorporate design changes and revisions as directed by project stakeholders

Ensure drawings comply with applicable industry standards, internal drafting practices, and customer requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize drawings for manufacturability and installation

Maintain organized file management and documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records

Required

Associate degree or certificate in drafting/design, engineering technology, or a related field
