Responsibilities
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in an assigned project (including but not limited to project schedules, budgets, policies, communication plans, travel planning and resource management and quality assurance of travel plans
Oversee project onboarding of new consultants and support personnel on a continuous basis, including liaising with prime contractor for resourcing needs, new hire tasks, initial and annual training, ongoing compliance with program requirements, and access set up and troubleshooting
Work with HR to track certifications, onboarding progress, and staffing readiness
Coordinate travel logistics for on-site events and meetings
Maintain clear, timely communications with internal teams and with partners/clients
Utilize Excel, Unanet and other tools to analyze data and support operational reporting
Prepares progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones in accordance with communication plan
Works closely with Unanet Systems Administrator and Finance
Qualification
Required
Federal program management experience strongly preferred?
Prior specific experience coordinating and supporting program personnel and internal operations
5 years of related experience required
Bachelor's degree required (or 9+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree)
Strong Excel/data skills required
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle Health implementations is preferred
Experience with Unanet (or other ERPs) strongly preferred
