Responsibilities
Support safety, training, and performance standards for assigned personnel and contractors
Coordinate with equipment suppliers and plant teams to support reliable plant operations
Monitor and analyze reliability systems, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Support development of preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment
Manage CBM activities such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and NDT
Perform root cause analysis using tools such as RCA, Pareto analysis, FMEA, and statistical methods
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment availability and MTBF
Prepare and present reports on CBM program performance and reliability metrics
Coordinate SAP maintenance activities related to PMR optimization and planning
Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams to reinforce reliability best practices
Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across all work areas
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting reliability or maintenance programs in an industrial environment
Familiarity with CBM techniques and maintenance systems
Ability to analyze technical data and support problem-solving initiatives
Preferred
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
CBM-related certifications
Experience with SAP maintenance modules
Experience with vibration analysis, FMEA, NDT, and industrial instrumentation
