Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships

The Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships will be responsible for driving the growth and management of CLEAR’s retail distribution partnerships, focusing on both new and existing partnerships to enhance the distribution of CLEAR’s travel products.

Responsibilities

Pursue new retail partnership opportunities to distribute CLEAR’s travel products through digital and physical retail channels
Own full execution of new partnership engagements from top-to-bottom of funnel, including sourcing, facilitating pitching and contractual terms alignment with support of Director/VP, and launch
Lead large strategic partner engagements (with Director/VP support) with existing retail partners by fostering collaboration, trust, and alignment with external stakeholders
Own day-to-day partner management, routine business reviews, and evaluation/execution of expansion and optimization opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally within CLEAR across Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to identify and execute on opportunities that drive partnership performance and business outcomes

Required

Experience in sourcing, pitching, and closing strategic partners, and cultivating and managing ongoing partner relationships
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing opportunities within a partner ecosystem
Excellent program management, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to drive complex projects forward with a multitude of internal/external stakeholders and strong attention to detail
Strategic sense and skills to see the big picture, but are also tactical enough to execute, own and operationalize deals and partners engagements on a day-to-day basis
